Q: Where are FetishTime products manufactured?
A: FetishTime is a retailer, which means we carry products directly from producers globally. The factory partners with whom work FetishTime are vetted and meet rigorous international standards for operation. For more information, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com.
A: FetishTime holds certain information on customers in order to efficiently process orders and deal with queries. This includes, but is not limited to information such as Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email addresses and other information of this nature. This information is kept private and is not shared with any third parties except as necessary to effect delivery of your order.
We never share your information with any other businesses for any other purpose apart from delivery, and will only contact you in relation to your orders with the information you supply for this purpose.

Order & Shipping
Q: How can I make sure I order the correct size?
A: You can check our clothing size and shoe size charts for guidance. All individual items have their own individual size conversion charts. If you're not sure what size you should order, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) and your measurements and we will try to help. See the next section if despite this an item doesn't fit and needs to be returned.
Q: Will you restock an item that is sold out?
A: In many cases, we are able to restock our most popular items — simply select the size and/or color you’d like and submit your email address to email@example.com. If the item comes back, we’ll send a one-time email notifying you that it is back in stock and available for purchase. Please note that this notification does not reserve the item, so we recommend purchasing it quickly if you want to ensure you’ll receive it!
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal or Apple Pay.
Q: How do I track an order?
A : With all orders confirmation a tracking number is issued allow you to follow status of your order.
Q: Are your packages insured?
A: All our shipped orders are insured.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to several international countries.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are free for all deliveries worldwide. For returns or exchanges, International customers are responsible to return the shipping.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 4 PM (Working days not weekends or bank holidays). If we do have any issues with your order we will be in touch as soon as possible. If you require an item by a specific date, please state this in the 'special instructions' box during checkout and we will endeavor to expedite the item for you.
Deliveries normally arrive in 7 to 21 days as standard unless you have ordered an item that is stated as ordered in on demand.
As items come directly from our manufacturers you get the best price on it despite having a shipping time a little bite longer.
Please note regardless of the shipping method used, all shipping times are approximate and subject to factors beyond our control.
Q: What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
A: If your order hasn't arrived, if you have tracking information please check this first - it's possible a delivery was attempted and your order is now at a location awaiting collection.
Q : What do you mean by sustainable shipping ?
A: All your orders offer you the option to have a Carbon neutral shipment.
Return & Exchange
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept exchanges and returns received within 15 days of your order’s original delivery or we can refund your original method of payment less a CHF/EUR/USD 5 return fee. Return shipping costs are supported by the buyer.
The right of return does not apply to all products in the "Chastity Cages, Anal Plugs & Strapons" category and all cosmetic related products (lubricants, creams, cleansers, etc.).
Promotional offers cannot be applied to previous purchases. All items noted as ‘Final Sale’ or purchased with an additional % off the noted sale price are considered Final Sale, and are not eligible for exchange or return. If an order is returned and no longer qualifies for its gift with purchase, the gift value will be deducted from the refund (unless the gift is also returned). Returned items must be unworn and in sellable condition.
Q: When will I be refunded for my return?
A: Our support team will process your refund within 5 - 15 business days from the date we receive your return delivery. Depending on your credit card policy, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
